There is a way to force the preview in Chrome.
You can do it as below.

1. Delete all unused previews.
2. Repeat entering the site you want to enter several times.
3. Completely shut down the chrome.
If you look at the taskbar clock, sometimes you run Chrome in the background, which also ends.
4. And if you run Chrome, it's complete
5. If it hasn't come out yet, repeat it again.

It may take some time to actually reflect.
It'll be in a few minutes, so please wait and repeat if it doesn't work.
