I keep getting this error in Chrome browser. Why is that?

The Chrome browser keeps getting errors as shown below.

Because of this, it's hard to use Chrome at all.

It works well if you reinstall IE or Edge.

Reinstall Chrome while reinstalling windows, but it doesn't work.

Why is this?

I think it's because of the plug-in
The plug-in is automatically installed when you log in to Chrome
Try to erase each plug-in you suspect one by one by one
