I got it because there's a monitor around me that I don't use.
The monitor doesn't turn on when I connect to the computer I'm using now.
I connected the monitor to dvi and the computer to hdmi terminal.
Another strange thing is that the monitor turns on well when you connect to the d-sub terminal.
What's the reason?

There was a similar case for me, but the reason was that the graphics card driver didn't apply.
Try updating your graphics card driver.
There was this phenomenon when I used Windows 7.
It was solved when I moved to Windows 10.
Maybe it's a problem with supporting the graphics card driver.
