How can I turn off ads that keep appearing in the bottom right corner of Chrome?

I'm using Chrome.

Sometimes, advertisements appear in the lower right corner.

I don't even have an extension program installed, but it keeps popping up.

I don't know even if I check the extension program.

How can I turn off this kind of advertisement?

If you search for it as a notification in Settings, it's called "Content Settings
You can go in here and check it out on "Notification"
