I'm 164cm tall and 53cm tall, but do I have to control my diet to lose weight to 40kg?
I like bread more than anything else, so I eat one a day, should I cut this off too?
I've been exercising steadily now, so I haven't eaten dinner, and there's not much for three meals.
It doesn't go down below 53.
