I used to eat yogurt.
Yogurt is made from milk because it is dairy, but I heard that drinking milk is not good for your health.
So I'm looking for a replacement product.
They recommend something like Zarou, not yogurt. This kind of medicine? Chemicals? Does lactobacillus that come out the same way work?

They say it's almost hard to survive because there's already a strong mountain when passing through the stomach.
It's healthy because it sterilizes well.
