While reinstalling Windows, I accidentally forgot that there was something important inside and formatted it.

Is it possible to recover even if the hard disk is formatted?

Formatting may not be 100% but it is recoverable.

If it's really important, you might want to ask a recovery specialist.
I've tried quite a few recovery programs, but I don't find one that's that satisfying.
It takes a lot of time.
