How do I install an OS without CD-ROM when I bought People Air?

I bought People's Air.

Looking at it, there is no CD-ROM;

I can't insert a CD to install the window, do I have to buy an external CD-ROM?

Or it can be installed as a usb.

These days, most of them receive ISO files, put them in usb, and install them.
You can easily find out how to install it once you look it up
