Why does the message "The phone is in manner mode" appear?

I use Galaxy S6.

A pop-up window appears as below.

Phone is in manner mode. You might miss the call.

It's okay if you don't get a call.

Why does this appear?

I don't think it's because I installed a new application recently.

Is there any way to erase it?

It's because of the Peel remote app.
You can erase this.

It's because of the feel smart remote application.
You can't erase it because it's a basic layer.
Instead, you can set it as unused.
To disable, click
Select Settings > Applications > Peel Remote Application and then disable it.
