How should I stir-fry vegetables?

I like stir-fried vegetables.

I fry it in cooking oil every time and add salt to it, but I want to try something different.

How do you stir-fry it?

I saw it on Maritel, and they used curry powder for frying.
That looks good too. It looks good because it's made by the chef, right? kk
