Why does the installation repeat itself when you install Windows?

After the installation is finished and rebooted, it continues to repeat as if you are entering the installation screen and reinstalling.

It's because it's set to cd or usb first boot in bios settings.
You can change the boot order in BIOS settings.
If that's annoying, you can take it out as number one said.
