Running the Local Group Policy Editor in Windows results in an inetres.admx file, 795 lines, 308 column error

When I run the Local Group Policy Editor in Windows, I get the following error:

 

An error occurred while parsing.

Cannot find resource '$(string.Advanced_EnableSSL3Fallback)' referenced by displayName attribute.
