How do I install the USB driver when I install Windows 10?

In the past, when I bought a computer and installed Windows for the first time, I remember installing it as a CD because there was no USB driver.

In the case of Windows 10, you can save the image CD to USB and install it, but the hard drive is in a clean state after formatting it, so how do I hold the USB driver?
