There is a BOOTMGR is missing error when I turn on the computer, what should I do?

When I turn on the computer, the window does not appear, but the error

BOOTMGR is missing
Press Ctrl+Alt+Del to restart

appears.

I think it means to press Ctrl+Alt+Del, so even if I press it like that, the same screen keeps popping up.

If the window is broken, such a message appears.
You may need to reinstall the window.
