I've been working out for the summer.
I've learned how to work out from my trainer at the gym.
I can feel that my body is being made by working out really hard, but it's not the style I want, but my body is getting huge.
So I'm slim, have some abs, and I like a moderately solid feeling.
Now, my neck and trapezius muscles are getting bigger or thicker, and my arms and shoulders are thick, so how should I say this? A big body like a fitness competition? It's going to feel the same way.How do I work out to have some small muscles and have a pretty line like celebrities?

I think I'm working out to build muscles because the exercise I'm doing right now is bulk up.
That's right if you give it a lot of weight.
You can lower the weight and increase the number of times if you want to build small muscles.
I think I'm working hard on something heavy.
You can't do that to make a slim body.
You have to lower the weight and use a light one several times.
