The laptop function key is weird

If you press the laptop function key, it doesn't work as the original function.

It's not like that. If you press f5 in Internet Explorer, things like refreshing work well.

It doesn't work even if I press a key such as f2 or f3 elsewhere.

What's wrong with this?

Some branded notebooks automatically behave the way they are when the fn key is pressed.
If you press the fn key, it works as if you didn't press the fn key.

@2f5 probably has a refresh function when you press fn
