How about intermittent fasting for one person? Is it effective for dieting?

If you look at it as a whole day, it's effective because I eat less. I think I lost about 4-5kg
I ended up quitting and coming backcrying
It didn't feel healthy because I was hungry and full So I ended up coming back
It works, but if you do it for too long, it's not good for your health and can turn you into a fattening constitution!
I lose weight even if I eat two meals a day
I think I'll be able to eat at least one meal
