I can't upload pictures in the band. Why is that?

When I upload pictures from the band, it keeps saying that I failed.

It may be because the network is not connected well.

The band app itself does not require an Internet connection, so the app will appear.
But you have to have an Internet connection to upload pictures.
Make sure you have good data connection such as Wi-Fi, 3g, or LTE.
