1. Place the camera on the tripod.
Take a total of 15 pictures every 2.10 seconds.
3. In Photoshop, go to File > Script > Statistics and open all the pictures. Select median
4. Photoshop finds and removes the difference on its own

If you're going to do this, I recommend you take a picture with a shutter release. Even if you use a tripod, it often shakes when you press the shutter.
It changed a bit from Photoshop CS5 and CS6.
File > Scripts > Load Files into Stack
Select all layers and use Edit > Auto Align to align them
Layer > Smart Objects > Convert to Smart Object
Layer > Smart Objects > Stack Mode and choose Median
