Is there a way to take a clean picture of the monitor screen with my phone?

When I take a picture of the monitor screen with my phone, there is a wave pattern.

So it's hard to recognize it because the screen is not clean.

Is there a way to take a picture as clean as when I just captured the cell phone screen?

When you look at the monitor with your eyes, it looks like a fixed screen, but in reality, you're showing a lot of videos 60 times a second
