While dieting, I'm not changing anything else, I'm just eating half-meal. I don't think it's hard to do anything, so I thought I could just keep eating like this for the rest of my life. Is it healthy to keep eating half-meal?
I was wondering if eating like this for a long time would be insufficient or not.
