Is Naver blog sales legal or illegal?

I got a note to sell Naver blogs.

They said they would give you tens to hundreds if you lend me your blog ID.

They said it's legal, but I became more suspicious when they said that.

Is Naver blog sales legal?

Or is it illegal?

I don't think it's illegal because there are a lot of companies called viral marketing
I'm just asking you to lend me a blog because the amount of blog inflow is good and the ranking is good
Since companies are good at playing with blogs, there is a high possibility that they will not be able to use blogs because of poor quality on Naver
If you're not using a blog, you can lend it to me, but the company won't access it in the first place
