You can do data roaming, but it's quite expensive.
I recommend you to use the local USIM.
Or, in Italy, there is free Wi-Fi provided by the city.
There are some places like Seoul in Korea, but there is almost no connection
The Italian side is much more connected and can actually be used compared to us.
