I started working out because I was so skinny.
It's been about two months since I started, but I have a sense of how to use the machine and exercise rather than the first time.
I have a question. I'm doing it 15 times in 3 sets now.
If you look for it, a lot of people do it like this. But now it's hard to do it like this. It's fine in a few minutes.
Is it good to grow muscles like I didn't exercise?
Or is it better to keep the weight and increase the number of repetitions?

If it's for building muscles, you can increase the weight. You can just go with the number of times or sets.
It's right to increase the weight, and the method is to push it to the limit to the point where you think you can't do it anymore when you do 3 sets 15 times.
