Makguksu is a traditional dish in Gangwon-do, Korea, that is eaten with dongchi American water with buckwheat noodles or meat broth, similar to naengmyeon. They also mix about half of the broth. Kimchi mainly uses dongchimi, cabbage kimchi, and napak kimchi, but you should use less salted fish or red pepper powder.
