How can I view the cr2 image?

Cr2 is an unprocessed raw file.
The jpg I usually know is a compressed file.
Cr2 raw file can be opened in Photoshop.

Seeing that it's cr2, I think you're probably using a Canon camera.
If it's a Canon camera, you can use the Canon DPP program that came with it when you bought the camera.
