Is rice good for health or bread?
Some say bread is not good, but don't Westerners eat bread as their staple food?
Wouldn't either be okay?

Bread that Westerners eat as a staple food is not the type of bread that we see in bakeries.
The bread sold at the bakery has too much sugar.
Usually eaten as a staple food is bread made only from wheat with nothing in it, such as baguette bread.
In the case of bread, I eat it with refined white flour, but white flour is not good.
If it's whole wheat, that's fine.
