My back hurts so much when I work out my thighs. Why is that?Is it because you don't exercise much?

I didn't know what kind of exercise it is, so I looked it up
I think I can strain my back
When you open your thighs, you'll receive the weight and the rotational force of your legs from the back of your waist
If you do this, it's bound to strain your back
Especially in the video, the leg recoil can be more difficult
I think it'll be possible if you do it very slowly without recoil, but I don't know why you need to do this kind of exercise without other good exercises
