It seems that the advertisement program was installed while using the Internet or installing the program.
Go to Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Programs and Features
You can erase the advertising programs that you didn't install yourself.

Control Panel -> All Control Panel Items -> Programs and Features
in
Sort sorted programs by installation date
If you have an unfamiliar program installed after the last one, you can erase it.
