Is it blocked if I use more than two devices when I use LG U+'s internet?

I thought I'd get a free gift and change it to another Internet

and found that using more than two Internet connections using a router would be blocked.

I really thought it would be very inconvenient to use Wi-Fi on multiple mobile phones.
