I use kt Internet
I purposely changed it to kt when I applied for Netflix because I heard that kt is good for overseas networks.
The buffering is too much to watch Netflix.
I was wondering how other people think

I heard that kt intentionally lowered the bandwidth to reduce the payment of money to overseas networks
I think LG is doing better these days
If you look at how well it works even though you use 100 megabytes of LAN
If Netflix doesn't work out, you'll have to get a U.S. vpn
Find out through the paid vpn operated by the U.S
If you bypass the vpn, the carrier says there's no way to block it, so the speed gets better
