I heard that refined sugar such as sugar is not good, so I'm going to make grain syrup, a non-sweetened sugar.
How can I make grain syrup?
And can I make it at home?

Ingredients: 3kg of rice (sticky rice is better than glutinous rice), 450g of malt oil (the more starchy oil you put in, the faster the grains of rice wither and the sweeter it tastes)
1. Wash rice, hold water a little less than usual, and cook rice.
2. Pour the malt over the rice.
3. After pouring water, mix rice and malt oil evenly.
4. Leave it as it is for more than 8 hours.
5. Sift the boiled rice and the taffy ingredients onto a sieve to filter out the water, and discard the squeezed out residue.
6. Remove the foam by boiling the filtered water over high heat.
7. Reduce the heat to low and boil it until the viscosity is high.
It may take about 3 to 4 hours.
