I'm on a diet controlling my exercise and eating.
I think exercising like this will make me healthy and good. I'm worried that I can't eat it forever because it's diet food. If I eat it like before, I think I'll get a yo-yo phenomenon again.What should I do to prevent the yo-yo phenomenon?
