I transferred my phone number to a thrifty phone for the first time.

Do I have to buy USIM?

I've never put a new USIM, so I don't know what's going on.

Will the phone be fully initialized if I transfer the number to a thrifty phone and insert a new USIM?

I wonder if the app has to be installed again because the factory has been initialized like when I first bought the device.

If there was an app dedicated to the carrier, I wouldn't be able to use it, but other than that, it's just the same.

There's no app initialization at all.
You can use it as usual.
