What does it mean when I start the computer, it gets an error like below instead of window?

CMOS Date/Time Not Set

Press F2 or DEL to Run Setup

Press F1 to Continue

I didn't press all 3 because it seemed like I was told to press F2 or DEL or F1

If you look at the error message, it's because I didn't set the date and time in cmos.
Press f2 or del to enter bios setting and set the time.
