What do you mean by using Windows as Parallels on Mac?

I knew that if you want to use Windows on your Mac, you can install Windows on your boot camp and use it.

I heard that I can use it by installing a window with Parallels, how do I do this?

One of the ways to write Parallels is to write Windows on Mac is to write a virtualization program called 'Ferrallels Desktop'.
It's the same way that you use a different OS from Windows to VirtualBox.

Bootcamp Method
Advantages: Works like a PC with a single, complete computer
It's like having another laptop or PC
Disadvantage: Operating system movement in Mac and Windows requires reboot.
Need to split SSD or hard disk capacity

Advantages: Windows can be used together while using a Mac
Disadvantage: Slow down because CPU and memory must be used separately
Not running on all Windows programs or online classes.
It's not a perfect window because it's virtual.
