I'd like to try earrings.

Can I just wear cheap earrings from a local accessory store or something?

And if you wear earrings, you can get inflammation if you don't disinfect them well, how do you disinfect them?

For earrings, you might be allergic to metal.
It's different for each person, so you have to try it yourself to find out.
Earrings sold at cheaper places can be more allergic.

If possible, it's better to wear earrings over 14k
If you're not allergic to silver, silver is fine.
