I'd like to buy a tusk this year.
Do you pick the yellow plum room after it gets yellow?
Or do you pick it when it's green and cook it later?
If it's after cooking, can I buy green plums and leave them?
Please let me know~

Usually when it's green, it turns into a yellow plum room when it's shipped;
They picked green plums and sent them when they started to turn a little yellow.
So it's kind of vague whether it's a green plum or a yellow plum.
It is right to pick the yellow plum after it is originally yellow.
The problem is that if you pick it after yellow, it will ripen at a tremendous speed, so the value of the product will disappear quickly.
That's what happens in a day or two.
As a result, I tend to pick green plums from the seller and send them with a little bit of ripeness.
It's a shame that it's hard to get when it's cooked because it's real.
