Should I do aerobic exercise to the point where I am out of breath?

I'm riding a bike for my diet.

I ride it for more than 30 minutes every day, but I'm not that out of breath.

Do I have to do aerobic exercise to the point where I am out of breath?

Or is it not necessary to breathe?

The rest is all aerobic exercise.
It doesn't have to be breathless.
