I also unchecked and removed the OneDrive when starting the window.

There's a way to solve what you told me at once.
You can delete OneDrive.
You can do it as below.
1. Select the Start button and type 'Apps and Features' in the search box.
2. Locate and select 'Microsoft OneDrive' in Apps and Features, then select Uninstall.
This will delete OneDrive.
