The OneDrive installation window appears, can I prevent it from appearing?

I also unchecked and removed the OneDrive when starting the window.

So I don't know if OneDrive appears, but sometimes the OneDrive installation window appears.

Can you keep this from popping up?

Or is there a way to delete OneDrive?

From what I looked up before, I heard that OneDrive cannot be deleted in Windows 10.

There's a way to solve what you told me at once.
You can delete OneDrive.
You can do it as below.
1. Select the Start button and type 'Apps and Features' in the search box.
2. Locate and select 'Microsoft OneDrive' in Apps and Features, then select Uninstall.
This will delete OneDrive.
