If you play games on a laptop that uses Windows 10, not all games are like that.
Some games such as Sudden Attack, Kartrider, Starcraft, etc. have problems that come off both sides.
It's as if both sides are compressed and shortened according to the ratio.
There was no such problem when I used Windows 7.
When I looked it up on the Internet, they said that I could modify the compatibility option, but it didn't work.
Has anyone solved it?

The issue you mentioned has nothing to do with compatibility.
If it's a compatibility issue, it's often impossible to execute.
I think it's a graphic card problem, but I don't know the solution.
I don't know what kind of graphics card you use, but I think most laptops use built-in Intel graphics cards.
If you look at the bottom right of the screen, you can see the Intel HD Graphics Control Panel
If you go into the normal settings,
There is a part where you set the magnification.
1. Check the full screen magnification among the options.
2. If you look at the bottom, check the Override Application Settings (it may be used in different terms depending on the version), and then click Apply.
And if you do it, it'll work out.
