I couldn't work out by myself, so I went to a gym to find out.
I'm also controlling my diet.
PT is much more expensive than I thought, so it was burdensome.
It's a bit burdensome to pay 70,000 won at once...
Will PT help you lose weight?
Or should I just do it by myself?

Personally, it's better to put exercise as a habit.
It's good to do it briefly with PT, but if you quit, it'll go back to its original state.
If you're not going to take a picture for a photo shoot, it would be better to just choose one exercise that you like and do it consistently.
If you do PT, you can build your body quickly.
If you do it individually, you don't work that hard.
