What do you think about Billica among rental cars in Jeju Island?

I want to rent a car when I go to Jeju Island.

There is a company called Billica based on AJ rental cars and it was much cheaper.

How is the car condition if I rent it here?

Would it be good because it's an affiliate of AJ Rent-A-Car, a large rental car company?

It seems to be used in AJ rental cars and moved to this side when the car model is old.
