She is a woman in her mid-20s.
Until my early 20s, I ate everything I wanted without thinking about eating.
I've never really exercised properly.
But I gained more than 10 kilograms in the past year. I thought I didn't gain weight.
I've never thought about dieting, but I'm thinking about it very seriously now.How do you diet? I heard that it's worse if you just starve, so is there anyone who can recommend dieting?

Diet is 60 for eating and 40 for exercising. Eating is more important. You have to eat less.
Especially, never eat snacks and not after 6 p.m.
And you have to work out with me. It's good to do weight training, but it's hard to do it alone because you're a woman. It's good if you do things like gx that you do at the gym. I really don't lose weight when I get older. Fighting!crying
I starve no matter what. If I say I gained weight, I'll control my diet and if I lose weight, I'll eat again.
I don't think there's an answer to dieting. There are many ways to use the Internet, but it depends on the person. I think you need to find a way that fits you while doing this and that.
Walking and running is the best. I recently lost about 5kg and ran and walked around the neighborhood for 2-3 hours a day. I just eat what I want, but I didn't eat snacks separately. You have to lose weight through exercise to make your body prettier^^
