If you use iPhone 7, you can use a phone.
You have to carry it around well to take a lot of pictures.
I recommend mirrorless.

I brought a camera, a cell phone, and an iPad.
The one I use the most is the iPad.
It was the most comfortable to take pictures while looking at the map.
