Can I load my bike on the intercity bus?

I'm going to Gyeongju from Busan.

I remember riding a bike there, so I hope I can take it with me.

I don't know if the intercity bus carries bicycles.

Has anyone ever carried a bicycle?

You can put it in the luggage compartment under the bus.
There might be scratches if you just put it in, so you'll have to put a box on it or something like that.

What's for sure is that you should ask the bus terminal.
It's a bit burdensome to load a bicycle in the car because it might leave scratches or dust marks.
