It's supposed to pay every month.

Do you sell it in CD so that I can use it once I buy it?

Photoshop cc is not sold by CD.

The CD version was released until Photoshop CS6.
From cc, it doesn't come out as cd.

Unless you are going to use the latest Photoshop cc function, Photoshop cs6 version is enough.
Photoshop cs6 is also good if you prefer to pay at once.
It's been a while since it was released, so the price has gotten a lot cheaper.
