Is it bad for your phone if you use a portable battery often?
It's only been about a year since I used my cell phone, but the battery runs out much faster than when I first bought it.
I heard that it can happen if you use a portable battery often, is that true?

It doesn't mean that I use a portable battery.
I think it's just because I use my cell phone a lot, so charging and discharging often occurs.
Any battery has a limit of charge/discharge.
Since I use my cell phone so much that I use a portable battery, I think I must have charged and discharged a lot.
In that case, I used it well in about a year.
