Why is the blue screen appearing on the computer that is installing Windows?

When I install the window, I get an error as shown below.

Install Windows
An error occurred while installing Windows. Verify that you have access to the installation source and restart the installation.
Error code: 0xC0000005

Then, the blue screen appears on the computer, why is that?

I think there's something wrong with the hard disk.

It could be more than a hard disk.
Or there might be something wrong with the original window.
First, get a different window, install it, and then change the hard disk if it still pops up.
