Do you gain muscle strength if you do PT?

I'm worried about my weak muscles I guess I ate too little because I care about my weight.I've never done it at the gym, but will I be able to gain muscle strength if I get PT?

It's gonna help you a lot I was an anchovy when I first started, but I've gotten a lot better since I've been doing it continuously

Get some PT. I got a lot better after I did it I think health is the best way to stretch muscles
